Ian Purkayastha was a teenage phenom who started Regalis, the luxury food company that sources some of the most rare and expensive ingredients in the world. AKA Truffle Boy.  He’s now all grown up and in the studio to discuss throwing a fancy AF party.  It’s rare and unusual!
