Journaling is a form of writing where one expresses themself in a manner that is free from judgment, fear, or outer expectations but looks inward to providing clarity for one's emotions and experiences from life. It's a process that provides "snapshots" of deriving wisdom from an experience and self-acceptance. But we grew, we persisted, we empathized and that is the keyword that we had demonstrated through this year: the strength of mankind. In this episode, we reflect on the events that had occurred throughout this extraordinary year and share our hopes for the future year ahead: 2021!
