Ang (pronounced Ange) is a 23-year-old, 4th year physio student who has done more things in her short life than most people. I didn’t realise it was her birthday on the day we recorded this, so I am so thankful for her making time to meet me. This was the first time meeting her and I felt like I’d known her for years which is a credit to her open and non-filtered personality. Apart from the constant background noise of birds and children Ang and I have an amazing chat about what sparks her internal flame. A lot of the chat is centred around the youth as both Ang and I are young people, passionate about inspiring other young people. We talk about her life story so far, why taking a gap year is the wisest decision young person could do, the power of self-reflection, how to push past the pressure of society and why you shouldn’t fear failure, how to get your dream off the ground and make it a reality and all things in between. I could’ve sat there for ages talking to Ang. Everyone must follow her on Instagram @ang_foot as she is one hilarious and two very motivating.
