October 26th: El Psicopata's Last Murder (1996)

Some cases are doomed to remain unsolved for legal reasons. On October 26th 1996 the last of a series of horrifying murders took place. Ones where the killer’s identity remains a mystery and the crimes are no longer able to be prosecuted.
