CJ & Lachlan reuniting in Iceland to bring you episode 13 of the El Segundo Podcast. These two go a long way back, meeting in 2013 in Melbourne. The boys talk about everything from gym etiquette, to Jiu Jitsu recovery methods & even B Team launching on Submeta. This was a nice way to close out the Iceland camp that brought hundreds of practitioners from all over to learn from CJ & Lachlan.
