Pres. Biden campaigning for VP Kamala Harris said, "we gotta lock Trump up."  Meanwhile, presidential candidate Harris (in her event of the day) sat down with NBC and continues to say Pres. Biden doesn't have cognitive decline.  Presidential candidate Pres. Donald Trump had three different events called Harris "lazy" for only doing one event.
