Meditation helps both of us in our daily lives. We've both had different journeys with meditation, which we talk about, and offer some starting points for anyone who wants to try. 

Something we don't cover, but is worth checking out if you're interested, is how meditation affects our central nervous system and therefore the immune system. Bessel van der Kolk's The Body Keeps the Score is a great book to read to understand the science of the nervous system. 

After a hike in Wales, we explore the power of nature. At this time of social distancing, it's even more important to remember our connection to the natural world and seek it out when we can.
