'I really like'  Joy talks about DJs Cocoa and Breezy and their sunglasses company. Chelsea gushes about her time at the "It's All A Blur" tour with Drake and 21 Savage. Chelsea gives props to the staff at the Fiserv forum for their professionalism on such a big show. Chelsea talks about seeking out more opportunities to see live shows. Joy takes a moment to reflect and give condolences from ETC to O'Share Sibley - a gay dancer who was murdered in hate crime in Brooklyn New York. Joy discusses the power of words and hate speech. Joy also sends heartfelt condolences to the family and friends of Angus Cloud and discusses how moving forward with another season of Euphoria may be what the cast needs to heal. 

'One Nuance at Time' - Joy speaks on needing a strategy for dealing with negative comments. Chelsea warns Joy against giving too much time to people who have intentions of being hateful. Joy promises to delete comments instead of talking about peoples mamas. Joy & Chelsea move on to speaking on the allegations against Lizzo and her production company. Joy talks about touring being tough on the body and mind. Joy also sheds light on questionable practices in the music industry that have been normalized. Joy shares that leaders must take accountability but employees in the music industry must also have strong boundaries. Cheslea speaks on power dynamics with bosses and workers as well as how the music industry isn't run like a real business. 

'Soft Spaces' wasn't recorded due to  a technical error so Joy gives a solo update. Joy talks about feeling good at work, choosing Dance/House as a genre and taking a pause on scaling JCD Investment Group. Joy encourages listeners to keep moving the culture forward with conversation.

On 'One Nuance at a Time' Joy & Chelsea break down this week's hot social media debate around cis-gender black women and trans black women. Joy discusses what it means to be a non-binary person having a trans experience, while also expressing being open to educating those who may have questions. Joy talks about the history of manhood & womanhood in context of race as well as defining manhood/womahood for yourself. Joy talks about comfort in their own masculinity. Chelsea asks everyone to uplift others with their platform and gets emotional discussing gaslighting on social media.

On 'Soft Spaces' Chelsea expresses reflections from turning 30 while Joy speaks on savoring each moment during these trying times.
