When people ask if I think it's ok to be friends with my team, I tell them I don’t just want to be friends with my team…. I want to be absolute BEST friends with them.

Personal relationships don’t need to be placed in opposition with strong working relationships, direct communication and feedback. If anything they should complement them.

I get asked a lot about the amount of hours I work on my business every day. I don’t measure what I do in hours though. When what you do for ‘work’ is truly aligned to your purpose, the need for work life balance disappears, because you’ve achieved work life harmony. When you’re a pioneer walking a path that is unique to you, work is no longer work, it is simply an extension of who you are.
