Today’s dose of “Vitamin D” is dedicated to elevation. It’s time to uplevel in every area of your life. From your lifestyle, your thought process, what you put in your body, the people you surround yourself with & everything else you can imagine.

But let me ask you this, what is the vision that you have for your life? What do you see? What you see right now…is that where you want to be? Do you aspire to be more and do more? To discover more within yourself? Then it’s time to elevate. Half the time I feel like what get’s in the way of us living our best life is being concerned with what everybody else thinks. Well, it’s time to get like Coi Leray in her hit single, “No More Parties” and say “fuck everybody, I can’t trust nobody” cause everybody can’t see what you see for your life. They can’t understand the vision, your drive, cause they ain’t you.

Sometimes the best road is the road less traveled & that’s going to require you to say, “I’m off to better things, I’m only doing shit that’s gonna make me elevate. Only want people around that gonna make me better.” Catch it!
