From Monday November 16th at 9:00am to Sunday November 22nd 9:00am I ran, jogged, walked, hobbled, laughed, cried, skipped and limped my way around a small loop course inside Snyder Park in Fort Lauderdale. In this episode I discuss my 6 day(144 hour) run with my good friends Paul and Jimmy.

I talk about my experience throughout the week of this long race. We talk about my strategy going into the race and how it actually turned out. What went wrong, what went right and all in between. I discuss all the amazing people I met out there with amazing inspiring stories. We talk about my nutrition during the race and also my sleep schedule.
