Today’s episode is all about accountability partners. I am going to dive into WHY we all need one, how to find your person, how to ask them into the partnership, and how to set up your relationship so it is mutually beneficial! I am going to be speaking in terms of business, but also know all of these principles and strategies can be applied to any area of your life like fitness or any other habit you are desiring to create. We are all "humaning" and need help achieving our goals! Life is hard- don't do it alone!

In today’s episode- I talk about change. Many of us crave change in at least one area. We do the work to evolve, and sometimes we still feel stuck.   I recently had a major lightbulb moment. I’ve been trying to change certain parts of myself, but instead of coming from a place of self-acceptance and self-love, I tend to come from a place of being too hard on myself and not truly accepting myself FULLY. When you feel like you’re in an uphill battle with yourself, you’re actually limiting your ability to transform.  As always, I chat to you all about what I personally need to hear and what has been helping me! It’s time to accept yourself exactly as you are while striving for the change you are seeking in your life! BUT- instead of coming from a place of not accepting yourself, you’ll start from a place of confidence. Get ready to Align and Grind!
