In this episode I talk about common trauma responses that we often go through life perceiving as a part of our personality. These trauma responses can often steal our joy and get in the way of us experiencing embodied success. I reveal the truth, which is these are trauma responses and not fixed aspects of our personality and we have the power to overcome them. I list some helpful tools to use when doing this shadow work and to end it I paint a picture of what it can look like when all the layers of social conditioning and inherited trauma have been peeled away and you are living your best, most authentic life.
