Telling the truth is the ultimate act of love, even when it hurts or is unpleasant. Fear and discomfort often hold us back from fully embracing truths. Truth telling requires courage. I also share some truth of my own that I recently came to terms with, which while uncomfortable, is a relief to acknowledge and share with this community.
