In today's episode, Sarah dives deep into a discussion around healing our relationship with the masculine (our own inner masculine, men, and our relationship with God). How do all of these relate to embodying who we truly are? How does this relate to the feminine? You must listen. She does a beautiful job of simplifying, defining, and articulating how our sacred remembrance rests on the Truth of us diving deep within to reclaim both the sacred feminine and masculine within. However, in this episode, she especially focuses on the masculine and how important it is to see our relationship with God and our inner masculine as being the foundation and sustenance of our own inner safety, provision, space holding, and discernment. You don't want to miss this episode as it will open you up to a greater calling to lead and love from your heart. She also has a special gift for listeners for this podcast episode. In this episode, Jennifer shares about what CARE means and clarifies that it goes much deeper that self-care. It is not about "doing" and it's not all about bubble baths and getting your nails done. CARE goes much deeper and involves a devotional practice and skillset to bring this loving awareness and presence to yourself throughout the day, being there for yourself, attuning to yourself, listening to your body, and advocating for yourself while releasing shame and self-judgement.
Jennifer Beth has been a student of breathwork for 19 years and is soon to be a certified breathwork instructor. She has returned again and again to the healing power of breathwork in her own life and through more than a few dark nights of the soul.
Now she is excited to support others in experiencing the benefits of the practice that has literally saved her life and kept her on the path of her life's purpose: to be and live as only she can: living in fierce authenticity, holding herself in care, choosing maturity, and facilitating others in their own healing journey through the transformative experience of their own breath.
She also speaks on the importance of holding yourself in deep CARE as you navigate through your own unique life/healing/transformation. You can find more information about Jennifer on Facebook at Jennifer Beth

In this episode, Evon shares what attunement is and how it starts as early in our infancy with two essential aspects: attachment and our emotional bond with a caregiver and the tuning into those emotional needs. As Evon shares, attunement involves a physiological, social, and emotional connection that then shapes our own connection to ourselves and our bodies' needs, feelings, desires, and ways of relating in the world. So much of our own ability to care for ourselves and be present in our bodies is related to attunement. For more information, please check out the episode and leave a review. Please also feel free to reach Evon at @evonmarie_ on instagram, email her at [email protected], or reach her at 630-310-9778.

In this episode, Fana and I explore many aspects of what self-acceptance means and involves: shadow work, feeling our feels, uncovering limiting beliefs, integrating different parts and aspects of ourselves, silencing the loud voices, coming into acceptance of our strengths and weaknesses, and allowing our past and present challenges to empower us into a more embodied version of ourselves, one grounded in Truth. You don't want to miss this episode. We vary off topic while still staying on topic as we normalize how messy the ascension journey can be and how our humanity cannot be bypassed one bit.

I had the opportunity in this episode to discuss surrender and embodiment with Chelsea Didier. Chelsea is a somatic guide, mentor and artist. She is devoted to using movement, voice and breath to create a stronger, clearer connection to self, the Earth and God. Chelsea grew up as a dancer, singer and actress, and went on to graduate with a BFA in Theatre from Cal Arts. She has been featured and collaborated with American Repertory Theatre, RedCat, and reigned the improv/standup scene in LA. Her voice has also earned her an international voiceover acting career.
Caught in the dream of her presumed success, life eventually woke her up to the painful challenges and short comings in her personal life that had been dismissed since childhood. Once aware, her path became one of remembering and preserving truth. She immersed herself in a variety of rituals, healing modalities, ceremonies, prayers, spiritual traditions, and psychotherapy work. She has taught herself to transmute traumatic events in her life through energetic attunement and nervous system regulation. She is forever a student and teacher of all things embodiment; breath, voice and movement. Chelsea holds sacred 1:1 containers for exclusive clients as well as a full range of experiences through Beacon Collective. She regularly facilitates The Space, Breathwork and Somatic Ecstatic Dance.
