Meet Jessica Ruiz, a 26 year-old Philadelphia-based makeup artist who was born with Arthrogryposis, a congenital defect that prevents full movement in her arms and hands, which means she has to use her mouth to hold her makeup tools.
It's clear from looking at her Instagrams—both of the works she does on other people and on herself—that she's talented and not at all hindered by her lack of arm and hand movement. The only difference between her and other NY Fashion Week makeup artist is in the way that she applies makeup.
