It's a struggle constantly to pick the healthier way.  For some of us, being unhealthy feels so normal that healthy ways of doing things seem incomprehensible.   Your beliefs can be just as unhealthy as eating food that clogs your arteries.  But you can move from the unhealthy way of believing to healthy beliefs.

You have to go back in order to go forward.  Sounds counterintuitive, but if you are carrying the baggage of a belief system that isn’t serving you well, you need to go back as far as you need to in order to find the origin story of your beliefs.
