My first guest is Paul Ashe, born in East London is a creative artist, podcaster, budding actor ,events promoter and most primarily, a professional wrestler.

Paul has been in the professional wrestling world for almost 30 years as a performer, trainer and promoter. Having trained in both the UK and USA with world champions in his trade.
