✨ Beautiful souls, welcome to today’s episode.
Today we’re talking about something that sounds simple, but is actually one of the deepest and most courageous practices there is: Loving your true self is not being selfish
✨ Mindset Shift Guidance ~ Love Your True Self
1. Where in my life am I still relating to myself through expectation rather than truth?
2. What parts of me have been shaped by adaptation rather than choice?
3. When do I feel most like myself, without effort or performance?
4. What am I quietly longing to give myself permission for? Not someday, now.
5. If I trusted my inner authority completely, what small but meaningful change would I make next?
✨ Empowerment Statement ~ You Are the Spark ~
Loving your true self isn’t a destination. It’s a relationship to the self. One that deepens as you listen, honor, and respond.
You don’t need to become someone else. You don’t need to earn this love. Your true self has been here all along, patient, steady, and ready to be met.
✨
