Emily dives into what training consists of with her team in Flagstaff and fulfills her running journey in the sport, as a pro runner, and as a regular human being! Emily has not run a marathon yet! She recently crushed her 15K on March 20th while running in the Gate River US 15k race and placing 3rd overall!
Emily is currently training for the Olympic Games in Tokyo this Summer, and she's as excited as ever. It was a pleasure speaking with this pro and fellow runner to connect with reality TV shows and other things that isn't directed solely by just running.This particular sport brings commonalities out in people. And I love it!
