Emma is an Architect and a HMO Property investor and she’s going to talk about how she has used her experience as an Architect doing large scale projects to smaller scale projects like HMOs and residential projects. She’s also going to share their strategy in choosing a property to invest in and how they maximise the potential of property using great design.
