Siamo all'inizio del 1998.

Emmanuel ha deciso di andare a vivere per conto suo, non troppo lontano dai suoi, da Carlos e Mayra e naturalmente da Antonia e dal bambino: ha quindi bisogno di una casetta con giardino per il suo nuovo cane, che sia equidistante da tutti i suoi punti di riferimento e che non costi troppo, dato che dovrà pagarsi l'affitto con i suoi magri guadagni.

Carlos gli ha fatto vedere una casetta dalle parti di Baldissero Torinese che potrebbe andare bene: il ragazzo si reca perciò ad un'importante agenzia immobiliare di Castelnuovo Don Bosco, che tratta quell'immobile, e fa la conoscenza del suo titolare, Bruno, un personaggio decisamente originale.

I due diventeranno presto amici.

La colonna sonora comprende la versioni strumentali di due brani di Paolo Conte: "Via con me" e "Max".

This episode is a bizarre experiment, in which AI voices mix with those of two real-life theater actors, Stefano Romano and Erika Piroscia.

After so much useless suffering, Emmanuel wants to have some fun.

He is currently engaged (so to speak) in a very relaxed relationship with Elettra, the leader of Tantras (a theater company in Turin).

One evening he witnesses an Ionesco-like dialogue between the members of the group and reports it to us verbatim.

What emerges is the surreal picture of a group of sympathetic bewildered people, with whom the protagonist spends his time carefree to forget his malaise, waiting to understand if his relationship with Antonio (with whom, unlike with Elettra, he is serious) will be able to take off.
