If you followed me back in 2021, you’ll remember Safe Space – an open, no-filter place to share the things you wouldn’t say out loud.
And after sharing my own story, I knew I had to bring it back.
In today’s episode, I’m reading through 5x stories that were shared anonymously and you wouldn’t believe how relatable (or wild) they are.
Today’s stories include when a woman found out she was the other woman… then teamed up with the wife to expose him, a mum navigating a relationship with her husband who loses sexual attraction once he feels emotionally connected and SO much more.

Joining me on today’s show is one of the strongest women I know… my best friend Keneshia.
Keneshia is here to get brutally honest about her life with borderline personality disorder (BPD) and the chaos it brought with it.
From being bullied so badly she had to leave school, to navigating toxic relationships, sex work, and eventually rebuilding herself AND her business from scratch… hers is a story you HAVE to hear.

This is something I’ve never spoken about before… my ADHD journey.
Getting diagnosed as an adult was a game changer for me but it also hit hard.
Nobody talks about the grief you go through when you realise how different life could have been if someone had just noticed.
I’m talking about the teachers who failed me, when I got my license suspended and car impounded (lol) and the GP who told me “I definitely had ADHD” in the most hostile way possible.
Plus why my period basically turns my symptoms into a chaotic mess (and how I manage it).
So, if you’ve ever felt like you’re navigating this ADHD by yourself or you’re wondering if it might be what you’re dealing with, this one’s for you. I’ll break down how I finally got diagnosed (and a sneaky hack that saved me months of waiting).

Every single message I’ve received since releasing the first part of this story has been utter disbelief.
Some of you remember just how insane this time was, and others can’t believe it even happened.
But if you thought last week’s episode was bad… it only got worse.
She manipulated my follower's vulnerability, falsely accused me of hacking her account, and did something so outrageous that it forced me to go to the police—you won’t believe how far this went.

I’ve wanted to share this story for a long time, and now feels like the right moment. When I was living it, I knew it was insane—but revisiting my notes to script this podcast genuinely shocked me.
This is the story of why I went offline and stopped posting.
What I experienced was nothing short of horrific: relentless harassment, stalking, and someone going to extreme lengths to imitate me, steal my business, and try to destroy my life. To this day, I can’t comprehend how anyone could be so malicious and obsessed.
This is a raw, unfiltered look into one of the darkest periods of my life—and the story isn’t over yet.

Every single time I put up a question box and even the very first day I started posting online again I get questions about this breakup.
And it's not something I’ve felt comfortable talking about until now.
I made this relationship look so different online to what was really going on behind closed doors and I really wanted to record this as a reminder that if you’re sitting here comparing your own relationship to others online and they’re making you feel like shit … the truth might be completely different to what you think.

If you or someone you love vapes, you know how addictive it can be.
This week’s episode isn’t another “you should quit because it’s bad for you” lecture… I’ve been exactly where you are. I’ve felt the judgment, the guilt, and the helplessness that comes with trying to quit, even when I desperately wanted to stop.
So today I’m sharing my raw, unfiltered journey, from my first cigarette in high school to flipping my couch over in a fit of rage because I couldn’t find my vape.
This is about real experiences, relapses, and the surprising methods that finally helped me break free.
In this episode, I share…
Whether you’re thinking about quitting, struggling with cravings, or just curious about what it really takes, this episode is for you. No sugar-coating, no perfect “success story”—just the messy, human reality of addiction and recovery. You’re not alone, and you can take back control.

What happens when a lawyer discovers he’s actually meant to talk to dead people?
Meet David the Medium, Australia’s most loved psychic and spiritual guide but forget everything you thought you knew about mediums…
In 2019, David changed my life when he gave me the opportunity to connect with my father, who crossed over when I was younger. While he’s done plenty of podcasts about Mediumship and the spiritual world, I wanted to take a different approach.
So today we’re exploring the man behind the gift and uncovering his life before becoming a medium. Plus the surprising moment he realised he could talk to the other side.
