What started as a bizarre tagged comment on Twitter turned into one of the most disturbing situations I’ve ever faced online.
In this episode, I’m talking about the time a man in the UK used my identity to catfish and emotionally manipulate young women.
If you thought that was bad… it gets worse.
Not only was he pretending to be me, he even went as far as to try and meet up with young girls.
And one day, he did.
This isn’t just a wild internet story, it’s a disturbing example of how easily women’s identities can be stolen, twisted, and weaponised on social media.
PLUS, I’ve got an update I think you’ll find very interesting. Tune in to find out what happened just after I went public about my ex and his ex-girlfriend who tried to ruin my life.

From being hunted like prey by a man in a car on my morning walk, to being chased by someone with a needle… today, I’m sharing some of the closest, most terrifying moments I’ve experienced when it comes to personal safety.
This episode is dedicated to women everywhere, with the rising rates of violence against women in Australia heavy on my heart. I’m sharing these stories not to scare, but to empower – with real life, potentially life saving safety tips, tools, and hard truths.
I also want to take a moment to stand in solidarity with the brave women speaking out against the Paul family — with Atis Paul previously found guilty of serious charges, and now facing new allegations of abuse. I see you. I believe you. I stand with you.
In this episode, you’ll hear:
This one’s personal. And it’s important. Please share it with someone you love.

I watched my ex trying to cheat on me through location sharing… Yep, you heard that right... and believe me, that’s not even the shadiest thing that went down.
You guys love my wild story times, so today we’re diving into everything cheating. From all the suspicious ways people are getting away with it in 2025 (Google Sheets… seriously?), to the sneaky apps you need to look out for on your boyfriend’s phone, and of course my own personal cheating experiences that I’ve never shared before.
Plus, I’m spilling the hack influencers are using to read Instagram DMs without it saying “seen.”

We’re talking about sex and relationships.
Today’s stories include whether women are watching p*rn, advice for threesomes, steamy dreams about exes while married with kids, advice for trying the backdoor for the first time, how to talk dirty, love bombing, f*ckboys and of course, my favourite sex toys.
So basically, we’re talking about it all.
Oh and the time the Daily Mail found my butt plug… Link here.

What's that one thing that you've been putting off? That thing you keep saying that you'll do, but you're still waiting for the motivation to show up.
When I was in my darkest days I used podcasts to help pull me out of this negative space and start again.
Today’s episode is your loving slap in the face from me to help you to chase your dreams and stop watching them pass you by.
You can have and achieve ANYTHING you set your mind to, there is nothing that the person you look up too has that you can’t have.
They’re probably just doing this one thing that I’m going to talk to you about today …

You guys always tell me you love a good story time, and today, I’ve got one that still makes my skin crawl!!
I’m pulling back the curtain on what really went down behind the scenes in the glamour modelling world – exposing seedy photographers, how I landed my first cover, and a story I’ve never shared before… one that could have completely changed my life if things had played out differently.
So grab your matcha (or a spicy marg), get comfy, and buckle up – because this one is straight out of a fever dream.

Last week I put a question up on my stories and asked how many of you had faked an orgasm.
83% OF YOU SAID YOU HAD.
Queen, I have been there too so today we are unpacking everything.
From conditioning myself to only orgasm with a vibrator (and how I stopped being reliant on it!), the time I was told I was sh*t in bed by a man wearing just a t-shirt, the biggest icks you guys sent me (I was screaming reading these) and what life is like with a man that puts your pleasure FIRST – if any episode was TMI it’s this one.
PSA to my family: don’t listen to this.

If you’d told me that one day I’d be recording a podcast about healthy conflict resolution, I would have laughed. Because honestly? I used to be terrible at it.
Now, I’m in the healthiest relationship I’ve ever been in, and so much of that is because I’ve learnt how to navigate conflict in my relationships so that we feel stronger, more aligned and more seen by each other.
So in this episode, I’m talking about the biggest mistakes I used to make arguing (think: screaming, door slamming, and never letting shit go) and the things I’ve learned that have completely changed how I handle conflict.

They say your 20s are supposed to be the best years of your life… but are they really? Personally, I think your 20s can be messy, challenging, and full of questionable choices. In this episode, I’m opening up about mine—the highs, the lows, and everything in between!
We’re chatting about things like faking it in bed, ignoring my gut when I knew I was being cheated on, the pressure of keeping up in Hollywood and the one thing I wish everyone knew going through their 20s…
What is the biggest mistake you’ve learnt from in your 20s?

From underage bourbon binges to blacking out on Café Patrón (and somehow not realising it’s tequila), my relationship with alcohol has been… chaotic.
In this episode I’m spilling my WORST drunk stories, the moment I realised tequila is NOT my friend, the effects drinking has with ADHD (honestly it makes so much sense now) and why I finally decided that binge drinking just wasn’t worth it.
