I use Empathic ClairSentiment whenever I want to know how another is truly feeling emotionally.  I don't read it off them, I feel it with them.

Allow me to recap a little and remind you of the ways that you can connect on an emotional level through the senses of your soul.  

In this episode, I remind you that connecting this way can happen with intention or by default.  There may be moments in your life when you're just going along and - BAM! the emotions you're dealing with are not even yours. You've picked them up empathically.  

Let me remind you what to do in those moments. 

There may also be moments where you intentionally want to connect on a deeper level with another.  (Think social gatherings or times with friends or loved ones who need your attention and advice.)  When you relax your awareness and choose to be present with an open heart, you can tune into another using your soul sense of Empathic ClairSentiment.  

Really connecting in this way can be soulfully healing for them, and in doing so, you might even experience your own personal transformation. 

In this episode, I also remind you that you get to choose who you want to be around.  If you sense a situation that is troubling (read: icky people's energy), you get to choose what you want to do: stay or go.  

You can use this skill to tune into the emotions of any being - anywhere. 

The exercises herein are really about noticing the occurrence of your emotions and, more importantly, their origin.  Are they yours or are you picking them up? These are questions of Empathic ClairSentiment. 

As with all empathic connections, it's important to remember ABC = Awareness. Breath. Care.  

AWARENESS -that something is happening on a soul level.

BREATH -to center yourself, ground your energy, relax in your power, and source where it's coming from.  

CARE -to decide what do you need to do to take the best possible care of yourself in the moment. 

When you're finished making your empathic connection, it is important to remember to disconnect and bring your awareness back to you.
