- It’s my favorite season and I’m taking intentional summer breaks (pool! beach! watermelon! reading! @emilypaulsen knows all about this) – still working but being present for this is the best kind of alignment there is!!! 🔥☀️
- Speaking of alignment: I’ve made the conscious decision that everything I hear from anyone goes through a filter. There’s not ONE path to success and no guru out there knows what works best for ME. Only I do, and I filter everything I hear through that. 
- I’m trying on calmness for size and oh man it feels SO DAMN GOOD. I’m in my calm era and have decided never to leave. 😌

➡️ I’m celebrating being “Intentional”: It’s halfway through the year and I’m reflecting on my commitment to intentional actions that are growing my business. I’m taking daily walks, working out, eating 10000g of protein a day (I kid) – and holding myself TRULY accountable for every single hour of work.

➡️ BIG push for visibility: This summer is all about amplifying my presence. With plans to pitch to high-profile podcasts and invite impactful guests, it’s all systems go for increasing my brand's reach.

➡️ Learning from feedback – Had a jarring experience last week that reminded me why boundaries between personal feelings and business feedback are crucial. Sharing how this lesson is helping me grow really thick skin, exactly what an entrepreneur needs. I’m stronger and more resilient for it.

➡️ Prepping for a massive launch – September is just around the corner, and my Brand Video System is gearing up for its grand debut (insert proud mama sniffles). I'm using this summer for visibility, connection, and strategic growth.

What I’m obsessing about: Crafting content that resonates deeply with my audience.

What I desire: To seamlessly work on both personal growth and expansion in my business. Aiming for a balance that feels both ambitious and fulfilling.

What I’ve learned: That even well-intended advice needs to be filtered through the lens of my business vision and personal ethos.

What I’m working on: Boosting my visibility, refining my brand message, and preparing for a launch that feels like a celebration of all we've achieved so far.
