Today Jan is joined by Amanda Shneider who is here to tell her story as well as tell how she went from a victim to a voice and used that vantage to give other women their voices.

Amanda Schneider is the Executive Director for Amplify Voices, a nonprofit organization serving individuals from marginalized communities who want to use their voice as an instrument of change. After participating in Amplify’s first program: Triumph Over Trafficking and Sexual Abuse, where she brought her own story to the voice, Amanda brought her varied background of corporate, public education, training and entrepreneurship to her current role. She is fueled by her passion for serving others and bringing more compassion to the world. She currently lives in Tempe, Arizona with her husband of twenty years, three boys and three rescue dogs
