I've been missing in action for some days. Trying to find my way back to me. Through this journey, I found out that I am merely surviving. The bare minimum of this life. To thrive is a choice. It's an attitude, and your ability to thrive in the world is deeply connected to the actions you take on a daily basis and the belief structures you embrace. Training your mind, body, and spirit to grow and flourish doesn't need to be complicated. Join me as I discuss what I've been up to.
