Paul and Emma chat about life lessons learned over the past few years. Inspired by some late night note taking ⬇️
I no longer beat myself up over the couple of pounds I gained over Christmas. Turns out (if you want) they go away in January.
I no longer look for extra festive cheer at the bottom of a glass. Turns out that the brewery produces alcohol all year round.
I no longer let the change of year determine if I failed or not. Life is a book, a book does not start, end, get better or worse when you turn a page. It just continues.
I no longer feel the need to share what Santa got for the kids. (Unless I'm kicking someone's ass on FIFA) Turns out kids only care if you can get it working not how many likes it gets.
I no longer regret previously doing these things. Turns out I needed to do them to get to here.Disclaimer - I realise to a lot of people I probably sound like a knob. Turns out if I read this 5 years ago that's what I would have thought too.
