From the moment we’re born into the world, there is one bodily process that starts and only stops when we cease to exist, breathing. It is only fair then that we, as human beings, use our intelligence to acknowledge, understand and conquer the power of breathing since it has the means to change the way we live.
The process of breathing is biologically inherent. Simply put, we breathe in oxygen and release carbon dioxide. However, the perception of each is vastly different from the other. Oxygen is viewed as pure and necessary whereas CO2 is considered toxic. It is in this hazy perception that the significance of deep breathing is often lost. But by altering how fast or how deep we breath, we can transform our state of being from nervous to prepared, or from panicked to composed.
O2 and Co2 make up the duopoly of our very existence and breathing properly creates a balance between the two. Being a master of your breathing gives you sole power to change the way you feel, think, perform and react in a situation. Using your lungs efficiently is one of the greatest assets you can possess.
We invite you into our meditation circle with breathwork guru, Sujay Reddy who takes you on a journey with no baggage and breath as your only companion. He also talks us through common misconceptions that exist regarding breathing. So tune in, sit comfortably and follow this step- by- step meditation exercise which will definitely leave you with something to ponder over.

In these competitive times, longevity has always been regarded as a key metric in evaluating success in any field.
So how do athletes such as Rafael Nadal, Roger Federer and Cristiano Ronaldo perform at the highest level of their respective sport over decades, showing no signs of slowing down- while other athletes struggle to maintain their form and burn out with age? How do pioneers in business, technology and thought such as Bill Gates and Warren Buffett age like fine wine, having clarity of mind and body while growing their legacy to uncharted territories.
The answer is a deep connection between mind and body which is essential to longevity. Here’s some food for thought- If you take a demand and supply model and apply it to a set of human attributes- transparency is always higher in demand than in supply. That makes it one of the most sought out attributes in human beings or organisations.
Especially in 2020, with social media being used as a pawn in the game of polarising populaces through misinformation. So what do consumers value today- saturated by information and opinion? The answer’s simple- people want to be ‘moved’ by the truth. The role of a digital agency then becomes even more crucial, as agents of truth and brokers of authentic thought.
Join us as we discuss transparency and its manifestations in-depth with Amina Mattern, a global digital media sales leader with 12+ years of experience enabling companies through poignancy and authenticity.
Given the vagaries in media now, it’s critical that we shed light on transparency as it’s in fashion and not slipping out of the conversation anytime soon.
