In this meditation, we work on school stress. This may be stress from grades, tests, teachers, or anything else that is school related. We often lose track of who we are among all the stress. We start to believe that our school performance dictates our value, and this causes incredible stress on our minds, our hearts and our bodies. It can negatively affect our relationships, our happiness, and our school performance itself. In this meditation, we focus on returning to a view of ourselves that is soul-centered. From this place, we can navigate the challenges of school without the stress.
