Hosted by ENCC member IG Kultur as part of the FULCRUM project, the Make it Happen training programme helped participants develop strategies to tackle one of the most pressing challenges the socio-cultural sector is currently facing, namely audience development and community building. Sustainability ambassador Barbara from PMK, in Austria, introduces the centre and presents the first steps they took towards sustainability. As part of the Sustainability at the Centre training programme, she highlights that sustainability is not only about infrastructure, but also about mindset and cooperation.

Sustainability ambassador Liva from Siguldas Devons, in Latvia, introduces and explains how sustainability is a built-in feature of her centre. She also presents her outtakes from the Sustainability at the Centre training programme, for example, how cultural institutions are ideal laboratories for testing ideas on sustainability.
