Recently, my wife and I attended an event.  The speaker was well known but afterwards... my wife and I talked about how the structure of the talk was solid... BUT at the same time... we could feel the speaker didn't MOVE THE ROOM!

You know what I'm talking about.  There's a subtle but wildly important difference between the speaker who can deliver good solid content... and the speaker who inspires the room to TAKE MASSIVE ACTION!  

It's subtle... but this approach can make all the difference.

It's foundational... because when a speaker understands it... it radiates out into the room and almost immediately builds trust and connection.

Plus... the greats understand this... and it's one of the keys to building a LASTING... PROFITABLE... and IMPACT-FILLED speaking career!

Yup... we can all get hit with it!  

Those doubts that creep in and ask "What if I'm not successful?" or "What if this doesn't work?" 

Can we be honest?  We ALLLLLLLL have them try to sneak in.  Whether you're just getting started... or you just had your first six-figure year... or you're ten years in!  Yup... the freeeeeegin' negative self-talk that hits.  Maybe for you... it's late at night.  Or... maybe it's when you're staring at a blank screen wondering what to blog about.  Maybe it's when you see someone else being successful.

I had a former coaching client want to promote an event.  She'd scheduled things, made all the arrangements and worked hard to get things just right... but when she sent out the first email... she got crickets.  Nuthin. No response.
