Encouraging the Encouragers

This is a special episode!  We hit the 100 episode milestone!  Woot woot!

PLUS… I’ve never done this before… but I had an episode recorded and scheduled BUT then I got hit with this idea in the middle of the night last night... and I knew SOMEONE (maybe YOU) needed it.  So... it was so important… that I pulled it down the original episode 100 and recorded this… THIS morning.

Check it out!!!

The KEY: Find ways to tether yourself to the future YOU want to create!

I'll share a funny simple way that I did this when I was stuck in my "bad fit" job.  Then we can talk about ways for YOU to try it out too.

Also... here are a few quotes I point to.  I wanted you to have them too:

“Everything that is REALLY great and inspiring is created by the individual who can labor in freedom.” - Albert Einstein

Give yourself space to make some mistakes.  Try some things out.

"Freedom is not worth having if it does not include the freedom to make mistakes." - Mahatma Gandhi

Heck… THIS podcast is a tether to MY future.  We’re at 100 episodes… and I’m so stoked to say we’ve got people listening from around the world.  But will it work? I don’t know.  BUT… I’ve got a future I’m excited about… and a little scared when I think about it… and this podcast is a PART of that.  So... we keep CREATING!!!  And I'm inviting you on the journey!!!

By the way... I'm going to take a few days off (to celebrate episode 100) but THEN... we're going to start rocking SEASON 3!  Woot woot!

And get excited because we're going to be announcing some ways where we can spend some more time together!

AND... we're going to be getting you access to proven tools and tested strategies for breaking free from any "bad fit" jobs/situations and creating thriving businesses that enable you to be the WELL PAID ENCOURAGER that YOU deserve to be!!!

I’ll be sharing more with you on that in season 3.

But for now…

Find a way to tether yourself to the future you want to create!

Who’s with me?

I bet you are.

Okay... I’ll be back with season 3 in about a week!

So in the meantime… dig back into the 100 other episodes.

Stay encouraged my friend… because the world needs you!

We’ll talk soon!

Mitch

IN THIS EPISODE... we kick it off with talking through a simple but powerful prayer strategy I like to use.  It's something that encourages me and it can breathe some new life into your prayer experiences.

Plus, we visit one of my favorite verses in the Bible: Joshua 1:9.

"This is my command—be strong and courageous! Do not be afraid or discouraged. For the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.”

We dig into what brought me to this verse... but more importantly... we talk about why YOU can be BOLD and COURAGEOUS as you move forward on building your coaching and speaking business!

Give it a listen and then lmk what you think!

And if this encourages you... please leave a review wherever you're listening to the podcast.

THANKS!

Mitch

THIS episode includes a fun story of a very special experience I recently had!

The short version of the story is I got to see a Coaching Ally (my word for "client") walk out... what we call... her "Promised Land Vision" at an event last night.

It was sooooooo cool and such an honor!

I share the story to celebrate Amanda (and her husband Todd)... but I also share it to inspire YOU to keep moving towards your own "Promised Land Vision" while helping your Allies to do the same!

Give it a listen and then lmk what you think!

We're talking about a specific strategy you can use as a COACH and/or SPEAKER to spark more creativity and innovative thought.

And... you can offer it to your Allies (our word for "clients") to help them to be more creative too!

It came from my conversation with legendary performance coach Stefan Falk.

We were talking about the launch of his new book, "Intrinsic Motivation" for my other podcast (Dream Think Do.).

As we did... he shared a SIMPLE but powerful strategy (a simple question you can ask yourself or others) to instantly make any task more interesting!

You can use it... but you can also WOW your Allies (our word for "client!").

I think you'll love it!

It's soooooo simple but sooooo important and you can apply it in soooooo many different ways.
