February 28, 2023 101: Consider this Episode 100... part deux! We hit the 100 episode mark AND we're talking about one of the BEST surprises of being a Well-Paid Encourager! (I want it for you TOO!)
You may remember... but as we were wrapping up SEASON TWO... we hit 100 episodes of ENCOURAGING THE ENCOURAGERS!!! Whooohoooo!!!
(Thanks SO much for helping to make THAT happen... by the way!)
You may remember but I had THIS episode recorded... and then the night before it was supposed to go live... I got hit with a nudge. It felt like I was suppose to record a different message and send that out. So... I got up and recorded a NEW ep. 100. And WOW... I heard from SOOOO many of you that it was the message you needed THAT day! (Thanks for letting me know by the way!)
But then... I asked YOU whether you wanted to hear THIS version of episode 100... and it was a resounding YES!
So I want to get this out to you.
In it... we're talking about a powerful question an Ally (my word for "client") asked me this week.
She asked, "What's been one of the best surprises of building your own business and being a coach and a speaker?"
It's such a great question and it launched us into an awesome conversation about FREEDOM. #spoileralert
That's been one of the best surprises for me.
Specifically... CREATIVE freedom. The freedom to come up with an idea and run with it... and not have to run it by 20 committees and get permission from people who don't/can't understand what I'm doing.
Yeah... THAT is amazing!!!
But as novelist and writer - Bernard Malamud once said,“The purpose of freedom is to create it for others.”
So... I want to help you to create more FREEDOM in YOUR life too! (We'll talk about that too.)
Because as Albert Einstein said, “Everything that is truly great and inspiring has been created by the individual who can labor in freedom.”
Here's to living (and creating) in MORE FREEDOM this year and beyond!

February 17, 2023Milestone Episode 100: Tether yourself to a FUTURE that YOU want to CREATE! And then... let's go CREATE it!
This is a special episode! We hit the 100 episode milestone! Woot woot!
PLUS… I’ve never done this before… but I had an episode recorded and scheduled BUT then I got hit with this idea in the middle of the night last night... and I knew SOMEONE (maybe YOU) needed it. So... it was so important… that I pulled it down the original episode 100 and recorded this… THIS morning.

The KEY: Find ways to tether yourself to the future YOU want to create!
I'll share a funny simple way that I did this when I was stuck in my "bad fit" job. Then we can talk about ways for YOU to try it out too.

Heck… THIS podcast is a tether to MY future. We’re at 100 episodes… and I’m so stoked to say we’ve got people listening from around the world. But will it work? I don’t know. BUT… I’ve got a future I’m excited about… and a little scared when I think about it… and this podcast is a PART of that. So... we keep CREATING!!! And I'm inviting you on the journey!!!
By the way... I'm going to take a few days off (to celebrate episode 100) but THEN... we're going to start rocking SEASON 3! Woot woot!
And get excited because we're going to be announcing some ways where we can spend some more time together!
