Hello everyone! After a long month off, Tony and Evan reunite to discuss some pressing entertainment law topics in the news. Next, Tony and Evan talk about the diss track wars between rappers Drake and Kendrick Lamar in which each artist makes allegations about the other in some heated tracks - but can Kendrick or Drake sue each other for defamation? (13:41) Later, Tony and Evan talk about an interesting lawsuit involving theater chain Cinemark, in which consumers allege that the chain has engaged in false advertising...over the amount of soda served in their large cups. Tony and Evan discuss if this is, in fact, a winnable case for the class of plaintiffs (25:03). Finally, in honor of Tom Brady's roast on Netflix, Tony and Evan share who they would want to host their roast (32:18).

Happy Episode 40 everyone! Evan and Tony are back from some time off and the entertainment law news cycle didn't sleep while they were gone.
