Have you ever been curious about how energy affects your fertility - or what we would call - Energetic Fertility? In that the vibrations that we're putting out in the world attract back the same vibration?
The following conversation I had is all about that energy. And we talk deeply about perfectionism and people pleasing and how these affect fertility.
We dig a little deeper into understanding where these tendencies come from and how powerful it can be to LET GO and release this mindset so we can do some deep healing.
My guest today is Cara Lennan, a fertility energetics coach and mother of 2 boys. She was told she would never conceive with her own eggs and through energy work, nervous system reprogramming and feminine embodiment she conceived against all odds, at 35 and 37. Cara is now a fertility coach and supports women in optimizing their fertility by uncovering, dissolving and healing the blocks that stand between them and their baby.
