“We shouldn’t be creating problems in our business just to have something to discuss in a one on one container. That’s not the container I will provide anymore.”

 

I won’t lie to you ladies, I blocked my one on one offerings for an entire f*cking year. In episode 76 of the Fierce as F*ck Podcast, I am diving into how you can avoid making the same mistakes I did when it comes to one on one coaching. I also want to talk more about the approach and perspective that we, as coaches, should embody when it comes to one on one coaching.

 

I will no longer hold space for a container that is so pressure-packed and focused on solving problems. I want to hold space for people who want to celebrate, and not spend 6 months in an energetic low. I want to support and guide you, not just aim to fix your problems. 

 

If you are not aligned with how other people are doing things and this pressurized situation, build your one on one container so that feels aligned to you.
