Magic is a Master Practitioner in immune health, mold toxicity recovery and PNEI of trauma and her mission is to help people heal naturally, reconnecting to the environment and really reaching their own potential.
Magic helps (mainly) women aged 45-65 who feel unheard or misled by mainstream medicine or anyone who wants to bring their health back to basics, by treating root cause and the systems of the body (not chasing symptoms, reconnecting to the environment and overcoming their past trauma and that of previous generations through healing the PNEI (psycho neuro endo immune) pathways of the body.
In this episode, you will learn:
It all starts with your thoughts and memories: unlocking the emotional ties to memories helps release unwanted or stuck energy. The systems of the body refer to memories, be it real, imagined or inherited.
Burnout is often a stop along the way, not a destination: Our adrenals can go into lack after going into overdrive. Providing the right environment for healing and positive energy can help the adrenals level out, a key post menopause.
You don't need to relive trauma to heal from it and release it: PNEI techniques can be done if you don't remember the trauma or have blocked it out, they can also be done if you know the trauma points. BUT, you don’t need to revisit the pain. PNEI is all about releasing the energy from the incident.

Steve Farrell attained the pinnacle of success as a Silicon Valley entrepreneur, founding two high-tech firms. Then he pivoted to lead Humanity’s Team, a global nonprofit helping people everywhere awaken to our interconnectedness through platforms such as their new Humanity Stream+ streaming service.
After contributing to the Gold Nautilus Award-winning book "Our Moment of Choice — Evolutionary Visions and Hope for the Future," Steve's new book, "A New Universal Dream," details his journey from a young entrepreneur to a life in service to humanity.
In this episode, you will learn:
When we understand that we are deeply connected to the Divine and the world around us, that we have a body but are not our body, and that we are pure consciousness, pure energy living in a spiritual universe, we then understand our true reality: which is the Oneness of the Universe, real Diversity in Unity. This awareness creates a delicious and nourishing life that feels good to us in every way and puts our real journey on this planet into perspective.
Cultivate compassion in yourself, toward yourself, and toward others. Creating a better world starts with loving and accepting ourselves, which then extends to everyone. Loving others and loving life starts with you.
The best antidote for burnout is to return your focus to gratitude. It is a powerful practice for transforming your own life. Gratitude is more than automatically saying thank you after a transaction or appreciating something every now and then. It is a state of mind and a state of being. When you are grateful, you see life from a glass-half-full rather than a glass-half-empty perspective. You assume things happen for you, not to you.

When a traumatic breakup sent her into a spiral of deep grief and despair, little did Gail Behrend suspect that this event would trigger a spontaneous spiritual opening that would forever change her life.
In the journey of healing her broken heart, she discovered the subtle world of human energy and the hidden dynamics that affect us all in relationships and in life. How was it no one had taught us about something so essential to our health and well-being?
She resolved to do something about it! Thus her passion for the world of human energy was born, and it has become her life's mission to demystify human energy in fun and enjoyable ways by teaching people the practical skills to own their energies, so that they can truly own their life!
In this episode, you will learn:
Because of our culture's focus on being active, we believe we need to be expanded all the time, even to the point of using drugs or junk food to boost our energy. Fighting our natural contraction cycle can lead to burnout or physical exhaustion.
The contraction phase allows our creativity to integrate what we learned earlier and gestate new ideas. Then when the next expansion phase begins, those ideas come to the surface for you to bring into the world.
The best way to overcome burnout is to manage your energy wisely in the first place. If you are already burned out, it will take a deeper contraction to help your energy to recover. Self-judgment makes it worse - so be kind and gentle with yourself
