If you set big goals, you are going to experience massive failure. Simply put, that is the cycle of growth. Set a big goal, strive to achieve, fail, learn and iterate, try again, and eventually... accomplish the goal.

Chances are, your problems don't lie in setting the goals, but instead, with holding yourself accountable and reframing that failure to a positive. I talk about both in this video.
