Beach rocks, shimmering ocean and plumes of emerald seaweed. Many of us have endless streams of pictures of the micro and macro moments of beauty we find across Newfoundland and Labrador... but imagine you could wear it. That's the idea behind "Engulfed" -  a new fashion exhibit at the Craft Council Gallery of Newfoundland and Labrador - put together by a pair of fashion designers... one Newfoundlander and one Montrealer.
