During this interview Kat and Christy talk with Shaun Weller, Yoga teacher & Enneagram 1. This episode highlights how the Enneagram can be a map for exploring our strengths and shadow side. Shaun Weller became interested in health and fitness at the age of 9 years old when his parents took him to his first TaeKwonDo class. He received his first black belt 2 years later and continued train in TaeKwonDo, Brazilian jujitsu and HunMunDo for 30 years, earning his 6th black belt degree Master level instructor in TaeKwonDo and black belts in Brazilian jujitsu, HunMoDo. In 2016 he took his first yoga class as Southern Soul Yoga in Chattanooga with Lisa McBryde. At the same time he pursued a fitness training certificate. In 2017 he became a personal trainer and fitness instructor at the downtown Sportsbarn in Chattanooga, Tennessee and continues to train there to this day. In 2020 he started Teacher training at Yoga Landing with Jessica Jollie and completed his 200 hr RYT and is currently pursuing his 300 hr RYT.
