Episode 255 features content recorded by the lads over the weekend in Middlesbrough where they attended the Shamrock Promotions show to see Bray super featherweight Sean Tyndall go 2-0 in his professional career.

Sean and his older brother Matthew have spent the last year living and training in Las Vegas under the tutelage of Irish legend Wayne McCullough.

On this episode you will hear their Dad & coach Matthew talk about the lifetime of work that is now coming to fruition in the pro game, the discipline & work ethic that is demanded of the lads & what their plans are for the future. Sean Tyndall is an undefeated Irish professional boxer competing in the lightweight division. Fighting out of Bray. Before turning professional, Tyndall had a highly successful amateur career in Ireland.

Having lived and trained in Las Vegas for the last year - under Irish boxing legend Wayne McCullough, Sean will return to the ring this Saturday night at the Eston Leisure Centre in Middlesbrough. Following this - Sean makes his home debut on JB Promotions card at Leopardstown recourse on July 10th.
