Eric Digiacomo is the founder of Ex-Phys Conditioning. Eric is a Certified Exercise Physiologist through the American College of Sports Medicine. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science and experience with prehab, corrective exercise, sports performance, strength training, and personal fitness, Eric offers personalized, in depth and intentionally thorough coaching.
Our guest brings perspective of a business owner in the fitness industry who knows you can’t build yourself or your business without understanding how everything works together. With his experiences in the gym and in the business world, we are thrilled to share his story with you.
