A year ago, Oregon Governor Kate Brown issued an executive order creating the Oregon Climate Action Plan. The plan called on state agencies to take action to reduce and regulate greenhouse gas emissions. Now, a coalition of environmental advocacy groups has put out a detailed progress report to hold those agencies accountable for following the governor's directive.

We hear from Nora Apter, climate program director at the Oregon Environmental Council, and Brad Reed, campaign manager for Renew Oregon. Both of them worked on the report.
