It’s been two years since Oregon Gov. Kate Brown signed an executive order creating the Oregon Climate Action Plan. The goal is to reduce greenhouse gas emissions across state agencies, and it includes a number of specific directives. A coalition of environmental advocacy groups has been tracking the state’s progress and recently put out a report.
