Join me, Sue Davies, as I host Inspiring Salon Professionals my new podcast where you can join me each week to hear me along with established salon professionals and industry leaders share stories, knowledge and guidance on everything salon and beyond. 

The podcast will be a combination of solo shows and industry interviews.  I’ll be talking with inspiring professionals who’ve built their careers from therapist to owner, nail techs who’ve honed their skills on the comp floor and progressed to award winning salon owners and many more.  I’ll also be sharing my experiences of owning and growing an award-winning salon.  

We’ll be starting the podcast at the natural beginning and talking all things qualifications and how to start the journey into the hair, nail & beauty industry.  In the following episodes we’ll work through career routes through to the ultimate for most professionals which is salon ownership.  We’ll cover areas of personal development, how to grow confidence, change your mindset and become more proactive in your career.
