Dutch doctor goes viral when she declares she will no longer prescribe chemical drugs to her patients.
I got to interview Dutch Medical Doctor Marije Berkelaar on her transformative journey from closed minded traditional Western practitioner to open minded spiritually led holistic doctor who is now revolutionizing the Dutch community and world with her influential presence and message.
With her work as a physician Dr. Berkelaar experienced that she loved to really connect with patients at a soul to soul level and oftentimes have deep conversations that takes
people quickly to the core of their problem and to big life questions.
Marije noticed that quite a few colleagues in the healthcare system expected her to professionally keep the interaction superficial, show no personal involvement, avoid real important topics and spend no extra time on people who struggle with life and challenging feelings.
As Marije evolved into expanded versions of herself, she quickly recognized that she no longer desired to practice the ‘traditional’ way that involved dismissive conversations, band-aid solutions and pharmaceutical chemical drugs.
She chose to become a doctor that would connect on a soul to soul level with a patient, where she could truly see, hear and understand the person that asks for help. Her method is to get to the root of the situation and heal from the inside out and is doing this by influencing the Dutch population to be more happy and more healthy by going within.
