Matt Schlegel, a high-tech leader with over 20 years of experience talks about his experience working in Japan and the lessons learned. 
Matt delivers expertise in the areas of expense reduction, problem-solving, team leadership, product development, and working with Japanese joint development partners. He founded Sakino Consulting to help companies in joint product development ventures with Japanese partners bring new products to market.  He is the author of the book, Teamwork 9.0.  In the 90s, Matt was granted a Mombusho Scholarship to perform research at the University of Tokyo. He then spent 3 years living, studying, and working in Japan.
