She is a leader in mental health human resources. and digital solutions and is responsible for building the blueprint for the well-being strategy. Melissa brings over 25 years of HR experience in all facets of People Operations including specialization in building HR infrastructure, talent acquisition, employment law, cultural transformation, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. She received a dual JD/MBA degree from Southern Methodist University.
